Dr. Jonathan H. Westover is an Associate Professor of Business at Utah Valley University. He received a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Sociology (Sociology of Work and Organizations; Comparative International Sociology) from the University of Utah. Additionally, he received a Master of Public Administration degree with an emphasis in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behavior from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University. His ongoing research examines issues of global development, work-quality characteristics, and the determinants of job satisfaction cross-nationally.
